About
Associate Professor Rebecca Kozor is a consultant cardiologist with specialist expertise in cardiac imaging including cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (CMR), cardiac computed tomography (CT) and echocardiography.
A/Prof Kozor's areas of interests include chest pain, preventative cardiology, pre-operative cardiac risk assessment, cardiomyopathies and women’s heart health.
A/Prof Kozor is a staff specialist cardiologist at Royal North Shore Hospital and is accredited to provide care at North Shore Private Hospital. She also works in private practice at Mosman Cardiology.


Research & Publications
A/Prof Kozor is an active cardiovascular researcher and Associate Professor at the University of Sydney where she co-directs the CMR Research Group. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of New South Wales. She has many Publications in leading scientific journals and has been awarded major grants to conduct her research program.

Teaching & Advocacy
A/Prof Kozor is also actively involved in education and advocacy of CMR and cardiovascular research. She is President of the Australia New Zealand Working Group for Cardiovascular MRI, Associate Editor of Cases of SCMR, member of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand Scientific Committee and a former Board Director of Heart Research Australia.
